Hello Beauties!

Week 4 has come to a close in the Destination Transformation Challenge! I’ve noticed changes in my body, my clothes are fitting a little looser, my stomach is not as bloated and my hips have slimmed down a little bit.

I have more energy and I feel stronger! I can feel the difference in my body now that I have been eating clean! This week on my ” Free Day ” I decided to have Mc Donald’s I immeadiatly felt bloated! # Not a good look for a diva! It was all bitter sweet because I love Fish O Filet sandwiches but my body no longer does. I had went on to my Kick Boxing Class and struggled through the whole work out and felt sluggish.

What I learned this week is that food is here to energize us! It’s Fuel for our body! When I am eating right I have loads of eneregy I feel good and I am able to work with my body instead of against it!
