Hi Divas!

It’s that time of year when New Year’s Resolutions take a dip. Studies show by 85%.

This year is especially challenging with everything going on. Everything so uncertain and unconventional from what we are use to. The whole world has changed. The dynamics of day to day life, relationships, how we engage with family, friends, work etc.

So l challenge you as l challenge myself. What is it that you want? What is the vision that you have for your life? What will make you happy?

When we have a solid vision it serves as a direction a guide to truly live our best lives. It gives us a map to be everything we are here to be.

So take some time away to think about what you truly want and what you truly desire and take action towards it daily.

Hi Divas!

Happy New Year! FBJ is back and ready to kick off another season in just a little over a week away!

Keep plugged in deets to follow! This year’s campaign will run January 16th – April 23rd FBJ is going Virtual! It’s a new year a new world!

This campaign season is all about detox and the importance of it to our all around well being.

A diva needs not only her body Fly n Fit but also her mind & spirit.

Taking out the trash of 2020 literally! Many of us gained quite a bit of weight during quarantine stress eating or just eating to be eating. Eating crazy builds toxins in the body and can start some ish if we don’t put it in check!

I had my Diva card pulled a couple of times l was just eating and eating and eating bored in the house.

My body is starting to hurt and that’s when

l knew the jig was up. Not a good look for a diva!

I started learning more about the power of detox and deep diving into the power of juicing! I use to get overwhelmed by it, but once a plan is in place it’s simple but not easy to remain consistent.

We will be focusing on detoxing our bodies and detoxing negativity because don’t nobody have time for that in 2021!
