Calories Count! Setting weight-loss goals into a timeframe
A pound of fat is equal to 3,500 calories. If you want to lose 1 pound a week you will need to be deficient 3500 calories over the course of that one week. To lose 2 lbs a week you will have to be deficient 7,000 calories over the course of the week and so on get the idea?
Using simple math you can set your weekly weight-loss targets. Losing weight quickly is not unhealthy if it is done through proper nutrition and exercise NOT through starvation. Divas do not roll like that! Divas Love to eat!

I recommend that you aim for 2 pounds a week. If you try to act like you’re training for the NYC marathon the first day of working out you made lead to burnout or bingeing…… not a good look dear Diva!
