
So been off the grid a bit doing the things! Still on program making it do what it do during this quarantine.
Something new l learned, walking on grass!
Tip your pinky toe out on that luscious green! Or luscious rock pavement. Ideal if you can get on some grass! So many health benefits walking on the earth bare foot.
It literally recharges the body and energizes it! Kinda like a battery. The earth will recharge you. Our body is energy and electricity flows through us we need it for our immune system and to heal us to do all the things!
The body needs certain amounts of energy for our cells to heal themselves and regenerate if you don’t have it the body will operate at a deficit.
I have been having some numbness in my thighs and it is rapidly starting to decline since l’ve been waking in the grass not sure if it’s that the celery juice being back on my vitamin game or all 3! Who knows but my healthy choices are starting to pay off!
