Vitamins! What about them… some people believe in them some people don’t. Some people think that they eat healthy enough and do not need them. There are some people out there whom it makes them sick to take them. There are some that think it’s expensive urine because it runs through you… the list goes on and on divas…
When it comes to getting healthy most people who want to get started on a wellness journey are less likely to take vitamins than ” normal weight people ” Research has shown that overweight people are at risk for deficiencies in Vitamin C, D , and E. So you know they through out there it’s because overweight people eat ” too much junk food ” how many times have we heard that divas? The Big Secret in Healthy Weight loss is understanding weight management. Proper nutrition is what keeps a diva looking and feeling FABULOUS!
In a addition to proper nutrition, what is even more important is how we digest those delicious tasty healthy foods we eat when have made a commitment to be back on program!
Digestion is connected to so many things it is crazy! I recently had went to a nutrition and seminar and was just simply mind-blown with the information that I learned about the topic.
Digestion not only controls how we process food but is also controls our mood our day to functions and energy levels. It tells tale tell signs of our health by how are skin looks, if we are bloated etc. There is a whole lot going on in our tummy’s!
If you have struggled with your weight for many years like a lot of us and nothing ever seems to work, take notice of how you digest your food.
I’m about to get a little personal here and not too many divas talk about poo but it needs to be talked about in order for us to get our healthy on!
Do you have the runs a lot? Constipation? Acid reflux? This does not have to be your reality divas pay attention to what you eat, how you feel afterwards and how it comes out take notes this is the first step in getting to know what works for you and what does not. Take notes and share with your doctor. It can be anything from hydration to inflammation.

Hi Divas!
Welcome to our first official week of ” Flying Back into Fall ” Rome was not built in a day so it will take us time to reach our fitness/weight loss goals. We can’t just say I want to lose 20lbs … 50 lbs… 100lbs… or run the NYC marathon this spring and not have a plan!
There is a saying that goes If you fail to plan then plan to fail.
This is something that I have struggled with for years because I did not know how to plan. I did not know much about calories and to be honest it was very confusing and frustrating because I did not understand it.
A healthy journey is not a straight arrow there are a lot of turns and curves and rebounds it’s not an easy road to travel but as along as we stay on that road we will eventually reach a fork where we can either continue to healthy journey or go back to our old ways. It’s up to us to decide.
Yes! We will have to know what we are eating and how much of it we will need to know how much exercise we are doing so we know what to change. Taking notice now will pay off BIG come Campaign season!
It’s kind of like this think of a house being built without a blueprint if you ” wing it and piece it together is this a house that you would feel safe living in? It’s no different with our bodies.
If your goal is just lose weight for the sake of weight loss then you can lose weight with any diet literally…but if your goal is to be Healthy Fly and Fabulous then subscribe to the blog and read on… divas the first step is to get moving again… it’s hard, it bites hard! You know what, it’s worth it. I just started a walking regimen that includes a lot of stairs and an hill. I complain but then I remember who I am doing this for, myself. We are no good to anyone one else if we are not in check ourselves.
If our physical activity is low the total energy our body burns is low. There is no diet anywhere that will allow a diva to not exercise and maintain a healthy weight if she be over or under.
Yes it’s true you can lose weight thousands of ways without having to exercise. A diva can only do this for so long until she loses her weight starts feeling cute ( we’ve all been there ) and then ….. ahhhhh relaaaaax and BOOM! The weight come back on.
Fauuuuuwww***k.
It’s not all about weightloss… getting active will make a diva feel absolutely Fabulous and she will want to be more active! So get out there and give it a whirl!
