The age old question ” What do I eat to lose weight? ” Losing weight is simple but not easy.
It’s overwhelming when there are sooooo many diets, pills, wraps Etc. So do I wrap myself like a Burrito to slim down? Pop a magic fat burning pill and drink a shake? So many Diets today are just that Diets very few are based on solid research and facts. The first 3 letters in Diet is DIE. #notagoodlookforadiva
During this Fly by July Campaign Season I will be focusing on eating real food mostly RAW and only the Bare Minimum on Vitamin supplements.
It’s impossible for our bodies to get all of the necessary nutrition unless you’re going to eat Veggies for Days and grow an Organic Farm in your backyard! I’m going RAW with a touch of animal protein. Studies have shown that a plant based diet are the healthiest and tend to help prevent chronic disease! I suffer from hypothyroidism so that means basically I need a nap from a nap and from that nap on the daily! My goal is to get my Thyroid functions in check to feel normal again and enjoy life I will have plenty of time to nap after this life but for now I want to enjoy as much of my life as I can.
