How to Set New Year’s Resolutions that Stick!

It’s been a minute since I’ve posted a blog post but that does not mean that it has been quiet here in the world of FBJ! Check out our Facebook page and Instagram to be in the loop of the latest and greatest.
A new FBJ Campaign is approaching so it’s been pretty busy here at the FBJ HUB in preparation for the coming year!
The Holiday Season is my favorite time of year when it comes to goal setting. Optimism is at it’s peak and it’s the perfect time to reflect on where I have been during the year and where I want to go into the coming New Year.
It seems like however when I start the year I have BIG Goals and the desire to achieve them however over time life gets in the way other commitments etc. the list goes on…. I get off track and find myself in the same spot the following Holiday Season. #notagoodlookforadiva
This year I declare that I will set my goals and stick to them! It’s a year of change for me and I am determined not to end 2016 as I started 2015!
If we do not set goals for ourselves we are going to fail Here is a simple formula that I will be using to help me stay on track in 2016!
When we have a Big Goal it can be overwhelming and too distant that it can not keep us motivated so we have to break our goal down like a cardboard box:
State your Ultimate Goal:
State your Monthly Goal: ( Linked to your Ultimate Goal )
State your Weekly Goal: ( Linked to your Monthly Goal )
State your Daily Goal: ( Linked to your weekly goal )
Think of how you will reward yourself as you reach each of your goals it doesn’t matter how Big or Small it is.
This is a great system to use to remain focused and stay on track during campaign season and beyond!
