Hi Divas!

Welcome July! I think it’s safe to say most of us found ourselves in a funk this past year or may still be in a funk.

As the world is opening up we’re opening back up. It’s time to recharge and release the Diva within you! I know l’ve gotten my card pulled a couple times during this pandemic.

A few tips or possibly friendly reminders to get you back to feeling like your most Fabulous Self!

1.Eat Right

2. Good quality sleep

3. Boundaries ( Say No ) self preservation is never selfish

4. Creating things you enjoy ( spa, gifts, message, festivals, etc. )me time once a month, once a week or even find something daily to show yourself some good lovin’

5. Meditation ( morning routine) connect to self clear mind relax pray meditation stretch help be more positive and calm. Get up early 30 min peace time go to bed earlier Preserve yourself

I’m right here with you Divas focusing on getting up a little earlier this week to give myself time to make my morning smoothie. It’s the little daily habits that lead to Big Changes!
