Start your engines!

Have you been too tired to romp? Too tired to hump, bump, and all that stuff?

Eric Gronbech, Ph.D i s a professor of physical education at Chicago State University says that aerobic exercise elevatesyour heart rate and works up a sweat  just like jogging, cycling, or tennis.

If you exercise early in the morning you may want to give your guy an extra special wake up call – no man? No problem! Go through your phone and call a good plumber you will be sure to find one that you reserved a while back for back up emergencies.

A man’s testosterone levels is at it’s highest at that time of the day and by working out you will have given your own ” testies ” a boost!

An early morning play date can work out very well for both parties involved.

Ok so let’s get a work out!

1. Power up your pelvis – A divas hips holds all the cards when it comes to sex.  Hips power the thrusting of sex so it is important to keep those gams flexible!

With you knees bent and hands behind your head. Lay on the floor, tighten your butt muscles lift your pelvis without lifting your back off the ground.

Hold this motion for 5 seconds

Repeat 5 to 10 times working on up to 25 reps

2. Meow… Mrrrroooowwww Cat back stretches – Get on your hands and knees slowly let your back and abdomen sag toward the floor.

Slowly arch your back away from the floor ( Imagine you are a cat stretching after a nap )

You should stretch your abdomen all the way down to your garden area.

Again repeat 5 to 10 times and work your way to 25 reps

3.Strengthen your abs– Strong abdominal muscles also power the thrusting motion used during intercourse – abdominal crunches can get your abs in shape. Start with 10 crunches work up to 20.

4.Co Co for Kegels! – Squeeze the PC muscles ( pubococcygeal – the tiny muscles that run from the pubic bone to the tail bone- can lead to stronger and more intense orgasms.

To locate these muscles while urinating stop and release the flow of urine.

When doing the exercise do the same thing without  the urine ( could get messy )  breathe normal do this for 10 seconds relax and repeat 10 times .

Next squeeze the muscle as fast as possible  10-25 times.

You can repeat slow and fast squeezes throughout the day.

Men can do these exercises too but it’s harder for them to do em – no pun intended LoL
