Hello Beauties!
In the spirit of New Years, starting over and resolutions we seem to always find ourselves at the beginning of the year “ I will lose weight! “ and things like ” I will get healthy!”
We say these things but somewhere along the way between January and spring time many of us tend to “ die off “ go back to our old eating habits and the vicious cycle starts thus again!
We have no direction – we go to the gym not really knowing how to use it so we run until we pass out take seveal aerobic classes we eat food not really knowing which food is good for us – not really knowing how much food we need to eat – we have good intentions but we are lost – we are not getting the results we want so we invest in diets that promise us dramatic results in a short period of time – we buy in and soon after we lose lots of weight – we get full ourselves and stop the diet because our goal was accomplished we lost weight.
We seem to gain it back just as quickly and become heavier overtime and alot of the times BIGGER than from where we had originally started! # Not a good look for a diva!
The reason why many diets do not work is because they are a short term fix for a long term problem. Have you noticed any diet that tells you lose 100lbs in 2years? # No, not never!
Americans spend over $100 billion dollars a year on weight-loss products and services. If we lost weight permanently and not temporarily lot of folks would be out of business. It’s a sad truth but we are all about keep in it real here at FBJ
The truth is this if you are only able to change your lifestyle temporarily with a fad diet you will only be able to change your weight temporarily. Make sense?
If you want to change your weight permanently you will have to change your lifestyle permanently.
You’ve Got to Have a Plan! You’ve got to have Support! You’ve got to Make a Commitment!
That is what FBJ is here for to help you plan and give you the tools needed to help ensure success on your journey to true health and wellness!
You don’t need to join a gym run a 100 miles a day and wear unflattering spandex to be successful in weight loss – you just need to get out there and get active – here at FBJ we measure goals not scales!
Be Fabulous!
