Hello Beauties!
As a part of the Fly By July Program – Walking is a major part of the exercise that we will be doing it is our goal to reach 10,000 steps.
10,000 STEPS????
Yes Divas 10,000 steps which equals 5 miles! Once you strap on a pedometer you will be amazed by just how many steps a diva can take in a Day!
The easiest way to track our steps is to use basic math for every 2,000 steps we walk is one mile.
Depending on our fitness level we may want to start at a goal that is not too hard where we give up or not too easy where we become bored.
The idea here is that we want to challenge ourselves!
