Would you continue to cheat if you never got caught?

When we have made a conscious decision to watch what we eat, exercise and change our life style – there are no                   ” cheating  ”  days – but there can ” Treat ” Days 🙂

The term cheating can trigger feelings of shame, guilt, and negative self images – not a good look for a diva! 

When divas are on a quest to lose serious weight diets just don’t work.

People gain all the weight back if not double from what they were when they first started,  once they are  ” off ” the diet.

Diets are a short term fix for a LONG term problem; and that is why they do work for the long term. 

In order to lose weight and reach your fitness goals  a ” diet ” i snot the solution,  it requires a change of  lifestyle.

A ” diet ” is great for someone who may want to lose a few pounds to slip into that holiday dress or maybe wear a bikini while on vacation etc. 

 If you can gain a couple of pounds in a month then it’s reasonable that you will be able to take it off in a month.

If you have gained 25, 50, 100 pounds and beyond – this DID NOT happen in a month while on vacation or enjoying the holidays. 

It is a developed lifestyle that can only be changed by you when you are ready to do so dear diva…..

We only cheat ourselves and shave off years of a Fabulous life  – when we have an opportunity to improve our lifestyle and choose not to.
