I just CAN’T lose weight!
We’ve all heard it. I’ve tried this diet and that diet and this diet and that.
I will never lose weight!
Divas can become demanding and we don’t see results when can become discouraged.
We may feel hopeless and helpless……. and surrender – not a good look for a diva!
If we are going to be pursuing health and wellness goals without the proper information it’s like driving blind.
Think about it, you’re invited to a fabulous party!
Everybody who is anybody is going to be there!
It’s in a part of town that you are not familiar with.
Imagine trying to find your way to the party with no GPS no Navagation no roadmap – you would NEVER get there, and if you relied on the kindness of strangers to get there you may end up getting lost – getting frustrated – and eventually going back ” home. ”

We need the Right Tools to get where we want to go and achieve the doals that we set for ourselves.
We all know that weight is basic it’s an energy equation calories in and calories out.
Divas sometimes are not aware that there are other factors that go into this eqaution.
When we find ourselves STUCK in our weight loss efforts.
We may not be taking account for how much energy is going into our bodies and how much is going out.
Without that information getting results and maintaining them is very slim.
We may not like it, it may be a little inconveient, but a whole new healthy & fabulous lifestyle awaits us when we take charge of our health and our bodies and keep track of what goes into it.
Yes dear diva, counting calories & choosing quality foods is critical in maintaining good health!
It’s not that scary – once you have the information you need you have the keys to your city!
It will become second nature and before we know it we will be able to eyeball our proportions and become so familiar with calorie content we may know just about how many calories are in any given food at any given time!

Years ago, we would have to carry books around – plan out every single thing that we put into our mouths.
By taking advantage of today’s technology we no longer have to carry around calorie counter books and meal planners. This information is literally at our fingertips! We are in the Information Age Baby!
It gives us the freedom to make wiser choices when dining out and when grocery shopping.
It doesn’t mean we have to eat oatmeal and rice cakes for the rest of our lives! We can even make it fun by creating receipies and letting our inner creative juices flow!
There is a whole world of fabulous, beautiful, delicious food that is healthy and taste great and is easy to waste! ( digest ) LoL!
When we are informed we have the ability to make educated choices, powerful choices, that can cause positive change……………………….
…………as a pleasant side effect!
